Women Rapists

Ok as the title goes it is open to many types of interpretations..It may mean women who perpetuate rape!Or it may Rapists who rape only Women( as compared to sodomy on boys or raping minor children).If we go by the off beat definition it may mean women who " desire" or " ask to be " raped as propounded by major political parties. Lets begin with the first interpretation; Women who perpetuate rape. Three cases one the infamous Nirbhaya case second a case in Mira Bhayandar in Mumbai where a man and a his friend tantrik repeatedly raped two of his own daughters and the third recent case of the young photo journalist .. I strongly hold " the Woman" responsible. Ok before people jump the gun and ask what is wrong with me , the woman in question here please note is not the victim/ or the survivor of the rape but the WIFE/MOTHER of the rapists. These mentally unbalanced women are willing to sacrifice daughters up shit street but will always maintain that heir spouse/ son was innocent.What prompts them to stand up for a weak worm of a man they call husband or son is beyond comprehension. These women are more dangerous than the actual rapist or criminal because not only they support the criminal tendencies of their males but also " support" them and " protect" their maschoism/ sadism.In the Nirbhaya case it was a double whammy for the actual accused. Not only does the most violent rapist declared himself as juvenile ( one wonders if he can be old enough to rape why can he not be old enough to be convicted )but also we had some asses like one Ass araam who wanted the raped girl to tie rakhi to them and call them " bhaiyya" .Ass araam who was earlier a accused pedophile now stands accused of molesting a minor girl in one of his self styled ashrams.But his followers are 70 % women who maintain he is their spiritual guru rubbish this and blindly believe him. These women are women who fester the syndrome of rape and justify it in their minds and society at large. Hence they are willing to sacrifice their own dignity and of other women folk to mollycoddle men.As long as this mentality persists no woman will be safe. So guilt lies with these womenfolk as well.They are Woman rapists of the first kind. Rapists who rape only women well people would say its but a natural preference for rapist criminal.Women are more attractive have mammary glands which make men saliavate with longing give them a sense of misplaced power and youth!Not really.In India where pornography and prostitution are illegal uneducated people being so large rape or molestation itself is like a hidden disease.Most sickening are sodomists or child molestors. Women can think fight or even maybe protest. But children ?they are too young to even comprehend the humiliation or pain,the fright of being punished. Also in India we are still protective of our children likewise Asia unlike Europe or Americas where adult children are watched like hawks by parents taking most of their decisions for them!therein stems the large numbers of child rape cases. Children are taught to fear parents under the pretext of discipline so these aberration of specimens rapist find them an easy target.They know that a child would fear the parent hence not share the misdeeds so exploit their innocence to indulge in sadistic desires.Similarly is this sense of " shame" deep rooted in children by parents. Parents feel it shameful to admit or acknowledge that their child has been raped or exploited.This in majority cases is with girl children /teenage girls more than boys .They grow up mentally scarred for life resenting the fact that their parents couldnt protect or stand up for them.There are forced abortions blame guilt all borne by the girl caused by the family who mentally rape the woman every day .These are women rapists of the second kind. Well the third kind are the worst.. Politicians who find causes of rape or use threat of rape.. Let me begin with Maharashtra. A recent toll collection female attendant was threatened to be " disrobed" by a politician who resigned later or one Abu Asmi who sor Narendra Aggarwal of SP who believe that a woman's dress code is responsible for her rape!These politicians are probably unaware that rape happens to children/ old women/ infants. Whom one cant " accuse" of dressing up t invite rape.Again continuing with Maharashtra one Raj Thackeray has blamed migrant population.He has been vociferously opposed but in an oblique manner one tends to agree.World wide statistics show that in countries like Sweden / Europe it is indeed the Migrant muslim population which is solely responsible for theis crime of rape.Admitted that the law and order situation in Indian needs to be addressed immediately and it cant be,when our national home minister sleeps a sunday rather than address protestors supporting Nirbhaya or the state home minister bans dancing bars because he believes women of that kind encourage rape (sick)these politicains who purport gender bias treat woman as commodity or belonging are woman rapists of the third kind? There also was a status update on my facebook timeline which linked the minority community to increase in he crime of rape.The sharia laws in UAE propogate FGC (female genital circumscison) practised largely also in Africa!Although it may not be exactly true in Indian context this is a link which shows how Islamic countries treat rape as a crime !Actually they dont!! http://www.clarionproject.org/analysis/rape-and-islamic-doctrine-allows-it .Whats appaling is that a woman politician in UAE actually encouraged FGC and sex slavery of captured western women and wanted to pass it as a law ! So I guess Politicians in all forms and kinds all over the world need to rethink on the balance between what will garner them votes to what is right for the society. These are rapists of the worst kind subjugating women to torture by cunning play for Votes.

Behavior Practicals in Europe

A much awaited Europe Tour was concluded by yours truly+mother+son last month.This blog was something one wanted to pen down immediately considering the profession I practice, but put it down to sheer procrastination its been delayed by a month.Now to the brass tacks:The most interesting part of being a human resource practitioner and a trained counselor is "people".So even when one travels one is constantly exposed to people;of different races,different skin color,language,behavior and obviously ones own weakness in adjusting among people.In the journey of about three weeks three people (of different races)managed to "re-teach" huge "human resource" lessons...This may not sound glamourous but read on,judge for yourself... Lesson 1 : Stoefel Veroni.

Who is Stoefel Veroni? He was the "driver" of our European tour,was with us for a good part of 15 days. Dressed in full formals every day this 69 year old Hollander (yes 69)would greet us with Jai Jinendra or Jai Sree Krishna(uff these Gujju tourists I say ;))and he ferried us across 7 countries and 16 cities in Europe.He retired from service ,is on pension,still drives as he doesnt want to be at home and extra money is always welcome as he says. Being a bus of Indian Tourists (please read as third world country people who illegally may migrate to places like UK)there were some things unavoidable.a)Luggage -Each person had two bags/suitcases on a minimum count.The bus had a group of 35 so on an average there were some 80 odd heavy luggages stowed away in the bus. b) Eats-From theplas to chaklis to cake to garlic chutney to chiwda we had it all packed in various containers to be consumed as an alternative to starving on bland European food. Every day we would reach a new hotel for the night and every day Stoefel would lug out each of these 80 odd luggage pieces for us (imagine its a pain carrying our own suitcases up and down)only to stow them away next morning . During the day we would mess the carpeting of the bus with left overs of all the surreptitiously consumed eats and everyday atleast twice would Stoefel use a broom,upholstery cleaner to spruce up the bus.He would sometimes eat dinner with us and sometimes as he wouldnt get parking would shrug off dinner.He danced with us at a disco in Switzerland enjoying the night and "his life".Shopped with us for his wife . There were some who dismissed Stoefel as "hes just doing a job,getting paid for it"..But is it ? Human Resource pointers a) Dignity of Labour : We need to understand no job is beneath or above us. Its something we have to do for various reasons.What makes all the difference is attitude. Stoefel was happy.Neither did he crib about the heavy work load .Infact he was sad that we had to come back that was the bonding we developed in 15 days. b)Life doesnt end because one is aging : Its a typical Indian mentality that once we "age " we "deserve" to be treated differently. We are senior citizens.We want others to take care of us, give opinions, feel insecure ,and grow old to be crochety,grumpy.Not live today as we feel we have lived(enjoyed) in our youth..So age and strength are all in the mind. What Stoefel is , that he is "alive". So should we all be ,beginning now. Lesson 2 : Unknown Chinese woman.

This woman was someone we met on the river cruise in Paris.As Chinese tourists are as large in number as Indian tourists,the ferry was looking like a Indo China bhai-bhai cruise. This lady who belonged to Manadarin speaking group broke away from her comfort zone.She first asked to click pictures with my son then insisted that she sit cheek to cheek with my mother and take a snap.Her group/relatives were making fun of her but she shushed them with a wave of her hand.She was communicating with me in gestures asked my sons name,wrote it down in mandarin and gave it back to me.She also managed to communicate she was travelling with her son,daughter-in-law and husband. All this is Mandarain. I dont understand a word of Mandarin but I understood her as much as she me. Human Resource Pointers a) Break the mould to be creative : She could have sat with her group ,clicked pictures and gone her way. Instead she made an attempt to do something different not worried that she didnt know the language, not bothered that she was being laughed at. b)Initiative : When she first asked us whether she could take pictures with us we were taken aback. Next thing we know is we were exchanging notes. That too without the barrier of a language. c)Follow your heart : It may be a bombastic thing to say but by doing that she made a memory in our lives which we will last forever.Boundaries be damned. Lesson 3:Unknown Czech Woman.

One thinks making a snow man is cute and fun.Wrong. Its hard work. We attempted to make one on top of Mt Titlis.Son and another co-traveller called Paro :) began this quest .Next thing we know is we were joined by this Czech woman who was with her boyfriend. As we worked at it labouriously she suggested we make a snow woman (again not in any language as she was speaking czech) Another group had made some considerable progress where their snowman atleast looked round. She quickly told me that I need to get loose powdered snow from a little distance away,which I did.Paro and my son attempted to make arms and limbs while this lady worked on the body.Hands were frozen,we got tired but just our intention that we complete what we started kept us going.Soon some elementary form resembling a figure was soon ready.She took off her scarf draped it around this snow-woman ,I put on it my glasses and it was a hit...Everybody who was on the location wanted to click pictures with it (some 50 people must have taken pictures of it)while Paro,Son,czech woman,myself were all smiles.People were wanting to take back with them what we created! Human Resource Pointers a)Teamwork: It is important that each do a bit of work for the whole to emerge.This way frustration is kept at bay while the job gets done.But each team member is vital.Like wise in our work spheres and family lives frustration can be kept away. b)Goal orientation : What was hard work became fun once we knew we were creating something unique.Each wanted to see what would emerge. Goal took precedence not egos or no body's age/language became a barrier. c)Resource allocation : If we probably hadnt shared our accessories this so called snow woman would'nt have been different. Shared resources worked beautifully. My human resource refresher wouldnt be complete if I didnt mention Sonal.She was our tour leader. Soft spoken,throughly knowledgable,young,hardworking yet firm with us on certain things ,she actually got us the best out of this trip.All the qualities she carried make one learn that we dont have to just "earn our living" one can actually enjoy doing your job even when the pay is not great, even when the job seems monotonous it actually is not ..because the people are different..

Oops! The slip is showing

"Cricket is not a game ,it is a religion" says a frantic placard outside the Jail where 3 IPL players are being held.To those who have followed the game through the days when human ears used to be glued on to radios and evolution from white uniforms to coloured outfits it is indeed a religion.Where God is Sachin for most Indians(Most mind you :))the passion for the game has dwindled like the water bodies of Maharashtra,(even peeing doesnt help at times sadly)considering it started going downhill moment one Sharad Pawar forced his hand on it. Lots of stories have surfaced,newspapers have dug up past fixing scandals,one paper has done an analysis of "how""when"and "why" match fixing was done..All have lamented about the death of a "gentleman's game" or "cricket as a sport"! We must revisit the english dictionary for meaning of "sports" or specifically "sport"(Noun);The English dictionary #Encarta lists over a dozen definitions. Obvious one being a :complete physical activity" or "somebody who plays fairly"; But SURPRISE!! Tucked away are definitions such as "Gambler" , "Somebody or something manipulated by others" and most appropriate one in light of the spot fixing reference being "object of ridicule" .Fortunately or unfortunately all three latter definitions seem bang on .So technically Sreesanth & co were indeed playing "sport" whether it was "cricket" is debatable. Cricket has deteriorated slowly to an object of ridicule through its snazzy downfall to something called T20 or IPL.What began as a overt attempt to identify "budding" cricketeers in a nation of billion plus people has become a "whore" in the hands of politicians,industrialists,wannabe starlets and more alarmingly the D underworld. Not that it shocks us because the Azhar/Jadeja episode showed cricketing sleaze in the open a decade ago.Sreesanth is all but an infant taking baby steps..(Baby in this case is not a Mallu nickname).Hawala continues unfetterd and N Srinivasan stutters to cover the second major F up in four years.Shilpa and Raj Kundra do bhangra, SRK cant watch the game,Mallya sunk it with excessive liquor,Saharashri has to pay ill upsurped money ,Nita Ambani has to yet win.... This is not cricket definitely ,sport maybe going by the earlier definition. All the owners of IPL teams are gamblers of sorts, manipulative of their players and definitely ridicule the game by not having an iota of the actual game of "cricket". I have often desired to ask some deep googly questions to Ms. Ambani or Ms. Shilpa Kundra or Ms.Zinta such as whether they know of one Sir Don Bradman or probably of a Dennis Lille or even more banal ones like where did the game of cricket originate? Also since they're women and pretend to identify with women's rights if they know the name of the Women's cricket captain of India? Its no surprise that a mere player called Sreesanth decided to make a quick buck by bowling (not bowling actually)in a orgy of sorts . But what actually was funny was the signal he chose."Towels" normally do the function of covering up or cleaning us and "metaphorically speaking in this case it did just the opposite.It smeared dirt and grime over the cricket world.But before we again lament and go off the tangent all predictable three things have happened a)Family and friends have denied /refused to accept guilt of players saying they are framed(coached by Shri sharad Pawar & co no doubt ) b)Delhi Police after getting beaten so often on their riduculous handling of cases where they slap women,offer money to parents of 5 yr old rape victim to not register FIR have "boldly" gone ahead and arrested three so called cricketeers. c) Nation is crying hoarse about a "sport" forgetting rapes,robbery,terrorism,inflation,LBT,Dutt,Modi,Rahul Gandhi etc. One must however comment that Rahul Gandhi was shown today in faithful NDTV trying to (trying is the operative word) to speak about food security bill. Whether this is a part of large political controversy or whether is a hawala racket where many politicians are involved or whether it is just the degardation of sports in India one can safely say "Crickets' slip is showing" (pun intended)

Go Take a Hike..

The year of 2012 ended tragically with the death of young girl who/which has been written about and discussed so much so that its has been done to death.So one can rightfully say the girl died twice.In one of her conscious moments she had expressed to her mother that she wanted to "live" .So she did not ,as she had the misfortune of being born as a "girl" in India .Not surprisingly however all non-descript two thingummy bob never seen media hungry politicians,some self professed god men, some so called religious fundamentalists all jumped happily into the band-wagon of having their cheap opinions aired.From clothes to mobile phones to item numbers to moral upbringing to western influences,were all blamed for this shameful incident called rape,excepting the perperetors of the crime.The nation united again holding protests,dharnas which were coloured by wannabes of political ,social malafide interests.The home minister was pulled out of his lazy sunday nap,so grudginly sent off the then supposedly alive victim to a foreign destination(not for relaxation like our earlier president who made 136 trips)but for *supposed* treatment and her dutiful dead body arrived back.GOI sent a message very strongly to Indians. Message 1:Dont be an Indian as your safety will not be ensured by the government. Message 2:Dont be an Indian as you will be called dented,painted and supressed with water cannons,barricades,beaten up , called names and sent away by constabulary while the political class want to take their leisurely sundays off. Message 3: Dont be an Indian as all you will get is empty "statements" from politicians and will die eventually in a pitiful manner. So what exactly happened to the average Indian who was seeking justice? None was given and none can be expected to be given with long standing backlog,archaic laws of land,under the fiefdom of politicians.The latest is that one of the most vicious criminal in the Delhi gang rape will go scott free since some puerile lawyer or document will prove him "juvenile".In other words the Indian judiciary and system will mock at the average affected resident and tell us "go take a hike". The new year 2013 ,which arrived snooking its middle finger to the Mayans was no better either. Began omniously with threat to our borders when our "not so friendly neighbourhood Paki-men" set up an ambush and killed two jawans of the Indian army,in a cool and casual way.Probably What was their ode to the very Mayans who predicted the world would end in 2012, they chopped off the heads of the two jawans of the Indian Army,took it as booty .Immediately there was "outrage" "Condemnation""Protests" by the Home minister Shri S Shinde (same lazy sunday guy),Shri S Khurshid (This guy was willing to spill blood of one A Kejriwal for calling him corrupt,but thought outrage was enough when two jawans lost their lives),one Shri Mani Iyer,who sanguinely said that "the red line has not yet been reached" so let us continue dialogue. In the meanwhile the two jawans families suffered their bereavement(one has a three month old baby boy)bewildered by the sudden media attantion amidst their grief and in silence.The latest one hears is that Pak Ministry has refused to accept that it was the Pak army which entered into India and killed these army personnel,one Ms Hina Rabbani(who was commended on her abilities to carry a louis vuitton ,wear gucci+prada) has "requested" the GOI to not "DO ANYTHING IN RETALIATION AS TO DERAIL PEACE PROCESS" with our neighbour. One SM Krishna wearing a elated grin has reminded her that it was indeed a "grave matter"and "absolutely not acceptable"that we get attacked. Message 1: Dont be an Indian as GOI wants to hold concerts as a part of "peace process" when hostile neighbours hack off your heads. Message 2:Dont be an Indian as US of A will arm twist us into re-thinking bi-lateral trade as they have Pakistan as their ally not us Message 3:Dont be an Indian as we may get bombed, killed by muslim terrorists,by hostile neighbours and GOI will just allow it to happen by "reprimanding" them appropriately. So what exactly happened to the average Indian who was seeking his territorial right to remain in his country without being attacked? A huge slap on the face (bad choice of words I guess,since the two jawans were beheaded)by the cocky neighbour when all we have to offer is "Dialogue" "Lodge our protest" by some fattened politicians. In other words we as Indians are told by the GOI "go take a hike". To add insult to injury the GOI has literally put this "Go take a hike" mentality into practise by increasing freight,rail,diesel tariffs.This ofcourse would cause prices of all goods to shoot up and increase inflationary pressures.But so what says GOI ! So my dear fellow Indians let us all collectvely "Go take a hike"
